RESERVATIONS, PARTY ROOM USE AND FEES

- All reservations are made on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" basis and only a confirmed reservation form and deposit can guarantee your time and date for your party.

- Party rooms are reserved for use for 2 hours unless extended time has been purchased in advance; Please be mindful and courteous of your allowed time as parties are booked back to back with a 30 minute cleaning and setup period in between scheduled reservations.
 

- Customers must pay their reservation balance in full prior to gaining access to party room and receiving game cards.  Access to the party room will be no more than 10 minutes prior to their reserved time.

- Small room (15 person capacity) reservation fee is due in full at the time of booking to secure the date and time you request.  Large or Both room reservations require a 50% deposit of total balance.

 

 - Additional room time is available at a rate of $75 per half hour; additional time must be reserved at the time of Party room reservations to allow GAMA Ride staff to plan room use accordingly.  Additional time may be added if and only if there are no other parties scheduled after.  Additional time fees only apply to use of party room and are not added to game card value.

- GAMA Ride provides tables, table covers and chairs; privacy dividers are available if requested.  We do not provide plates, utensils or napkins.  Cake cutting and serving set is available for use.

- NO Silly String, Helium Balloons, Piñatas or Confetti Allowed.  Air filled balloons are allowed.  Our wall banners must stay on the walls; you may place decorations / balloons over them as long as its fastened by painter's tape or normal scotch tape.

 - Customers must clean and vacate the party room and take all remaining food, drinks, and other items back to their vehicles before their 2 hour time is over. They cannot be moved or consumed to the snack bar area after time is up.

 FOOD AND BEVERAGE

- We recommend that you purchase food from GAMA Ride Café. However, customers have the option to bring pre-made food, beverages and desserts. Catering deliveries are allowed as long as you, the Host, are there to accept the delivery.  GAMA Ride staff is not responsible for accepting your orders.  

 

- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed in the Party Areas;  Bottled beers are available for purchase at the Arcade and can only be consumed in our public snack bar area.  Draft beer and Wine are available for purchase at the Cafe and can only be consumed on Cafe premises.  You can't walk across each location with an open beverage.

 

CANCELLATIONS

- Deposits are non refundable nor can they be transferred to game cards unless full balance for reservation has been paid.

- Your entire amount is not refundable but is transferable to another date with a 7 days notice. 
- Changes made with less than 7 days notice prior to the event are subject to a $100 penalty.

 

 

All customers who make party reservations confirm that they have read and understood all GAMA Ride party rules and policies and agree to execute them fully.
